Folks traveling to the conference: If you prefer a homestay over a hotel, let us know by making a Home Hospitality Request.  Availability is limited, so sign up soon!

    About "Accommodations"

In an effort to disrupt white supremacy, we're working hard to apply ARE's commitment to Accessibility, Accountability, and Beloved Community to every aspect of the conference this year, which resulted in both this choice of hotel reservations, and the plans to coordinate home hospitality with local UUs.

Offering healthy, accessible food options is also a high priority.
Friday afternoon during connection time, light snacks will be available. Saturday, lunch, Stone Soup, dinner and snacks will be served throughout the day. Sunday, refreshments will be provided during program break times to keep us sustained.

And we know that "accommodations" means so much more; it's about how we include those who move, learn, process, eat, work, sleep, express, and live differently than "we" do.
We invite you all to help us notice the things we're missing - so that together, we can make this experience truly valuable for everyone who shares it.
